Stakeholders: Receptionist and mail room employees

        Problem: Mail room employees would walk from the elevator to the receptionist area
                         multiple times a day, every day to check for mail

         Solution: To implement a remote control light that the mail room employees would  
                          see from the elevator and know immediately if there was mail or not. This
                          saved all stakeholders time to focus on more productive tasks throughout
                          the day.
